 REQUIREMENT OF QA/QC ENGINEER -  MADINA GROUP WLL

Long Term Contract

  QA/QC ENGINEER

1. Engineering degree from recognized university/Institution
2. 10 Years of working experience in quality assurance and control for Oil and Gas industry : 5 Years of which must be in onshore/offshore gas facilities sector, preferable in LNG
3. Working experience in engineering disciplines minimum as Mechanical, Electrical , Instrumentation and Civil
4. Certificates such as CSWIP 3.2.2 or Equivalent.
5. NDT Certificates such as ASNT levwl II as minimum.
6. Coating certificates as NACEII OR Equivalent 
7. Experience in developing, Implementing , and managing project quality assurance programs for engineering design,  procurement , fabrication, Installation,  Hook-up and Commissioning of  Oil and Gas production facilities projects.
8. Experience shall also include developing quality system audit programs based on ISO 9001 and Contract requirements.
9. Trainee or certified as an ISO 9001 lead auditor.
10. Experience in Qc coordination and Inspection activities during procurement, fabrication,Installation, hook-up and commissioning of oil and gas production facilities projects.
11. Broad knowledge of construction, fabrication, and Inspection techniques.
12. Knowledge of industry standards including ASME, NACE API, ASTM etc.
13. Ability to cope with conflicting situations.
14. Ability to give a clear presentation.
15. Ability to control the non-conforming product and monitor timely close-out
